Our Team

Steve began his legal career as the first full time Assistant Public Defender in York County in 1990 and then began prosecuting criminal cases as an Assistant Solicitor for the 16th Judicial Circuit until he opened The Schusterman Law Firm, P.A in 1992. His practice is exclusively in litigation with an emphasis in criminal defense and domestic law. His practice extends to all counties and a variety of courts throughout the State of South Carolina.

When he is not practicing law, he is spending time with his family and following his only two other passions: the South Carolina Gamecocks and the Miami Dolphins.

Allison earned her Bachelor of Arts Degree from Winthrop University in 1991 and her Masters of Liberal Arts Degree, also from Winthrop, in 1994. She has lived in Rock Hill, South Carolina since 1986 and is proud to call it her home. Allison was born and raised in Queens, New York and finished High School and attended her first year of college there prior to moving to Rock Hill.

She is the Office Manager of The Schusterman Law Firm, P.A. and is also a paralegal for Mr. Schusterman for his Criminal and Civil Practice. She has worked for Mr. Schusterman for over 30 years and has a teenage daughter.

Mr. Schusterman and Allison are siblings.

Amanda graduated from Rock Hill High School in 1996, began attending Winthrop University and is a Rock Hill native.

She began her career as a paralegal for Mr. Schusterman over 20 years ago for his Domestic Practice.

She has a 22 year old son, a 19 year old daughter and a 14 year old daughter.
